The firm has extensive experience in property and Real Estate Law, receiving instruction and conducting investigation on the sale and purchase of properties domestically and internationally on preparation of wills, codicils and obtaining letters of probate. The firm has been involved in the preparation of and perfection of leases, tenancy agreement assignments, transfer and mortgages and in obtaining government consents and approvals incidental to these transactions. It also has experience in investigating and deducing title as well as preparation of building construction leases agreement and contractor finance agreement.
